How can we have Pro Shots be our league’s photographer at our next picture day?

First, let me commend you on your good taste!  Secondly, we’ll need some information about your organization so we can customize our service to best fit your event.   It’s best for us to speak with a decision maker in the organization such as a board member or team parent to go over the specifics.  If you are that person, great….Give us a call.  If not, please let us know who that person is, and we’ll get in touch with them.  In the mean time, please let them know you found us.

How can we have Pro Shots take action shots of our tournament, event, or league?

If you are from a Rec league:
We do offer several leagues our action shots services during their season.  In fact it can be a great fundraising opportunity for your league.   When scheduling action shots for the season, we always give first priority to the leagues that we do team and individual picture day for.  So, if your league has yet to book a photographer for picture day, why not have us give a quote on that too!

If you are putting on a tournament or large swim meet:
It’s never too early to call.  We are typically booked several months in advance, so sooner is better than later.  If your event is only a few weeks away, it’s still possible we may have an opening, but it’s always better to call when it’s several months out.

Will you come to my son/daughters event and take action shots for me?

Yes, we do occasionally offer our services to one athlete.  There are typically costs involved, which can sometimes be split with other team members.  Give us a call to discuss in detail.

How do I order photos?

To order photos simply click on the “Order Online” link and follow the on screen instructions to find your event. Once you have found your event, you can preview the numerous photos and find the ones you would like to order. Simply select your desired products for each photo. You will then be sent to a secure site for checkout.

If you would like to call-in your order, you can do so during normal business hours.  Just reference the 12 digit photo ID number located below each photo when you call.

You were at our event selling action shots onsite but I did not come see my player’s photos. Can I order them now online?

If we print pictures to have them for sale onsite at the event, we typically do not offer them for sale online later.   However, we do offer a service that will put your photos online for you so you can preview and order.  There is a $25 deposit for this service.  The $25 then goes towards your purchase.  To put your photos online, give us a call with your event and payment info.

How long does it take to receive my photos from a picture day?

Photos are typically delivered to a league representative within 3 weeks.  From there, they are usually distributed to the coaches, and then given to the parents.  Corrections are mailed directly to your home, and should arrive within 7-10 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order from an action event?

It depends on the type of order that was placed.  Standard prints and digital files are sent within 10 business days.  Sublimated products such as slates, aluminum panels, etc…can take 3-4 weeks.  The turnaround time on custom items such as posters and collages is dependent on our current workload and can take up to 6 weeks during our busiest times, however average is 3-4 weeks.  If it’s been more than 6 weeks and you have yet to receive your products, send us an email with your order’s info, we’ll get back to you with it’s status.

What if I’m not happy with my photos after I receive them?

If there is an issue with any product, simply contact us to have it replaced at no charge.  If you would like to have a retake done from a picture day, just give us a call to make arrangements.
