Appointments

Sessions are available by appointment only. Each session will take approximately five minutes, and several poses will be photographed.

When to Arrive

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Arriving early gives you time to check in, relax, and cool down before your session. This can also help reduce facial shine in your portraits.

What to Wear

Professional or business-style attire is requested. The school dress code will be enforced.

Collared shirts, blouses, dresses, sweaters, suit jackets, and other professional clothing generally photograph well. Make sure your clothing is clean and free of lint and wrinkles.

Portraits will be photographed against a blue background, so choose clothing colors that complement blue.

Sitting Fee

A $25 sitting fee is required and must be paid on the day of your session.

Your sitting fee includes:

• Your reserved appointment
• Multiple poses
• Onsite proof viewing
• A private online proof gallery
• Basic retouching and editing
• Submission of your selected portrait to the yearbook

The $25 sitting fee does not include printed portraits or digital images. Portrait packages and other products are available for an additional purchase.

What to Bring

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

• Your completed Senior Yearbook Portrait Order Form
• Payment for the required $25 sitting fee
• Payment for any portrait package you choose to purchase on Picture Day

Purchasing Portraits

Order on Picture Day for Our Lowest Pricing

Picture Day portrait prices are 40% lower than our regular online prices, and Picture Day orders also include FREE shipping.

Portrait packages, à la carte products, and special editing services are available for purchase.

You may purchase your package on Picture Day and select your favorite image or images later after viewing your proofs. Image selections for prepaid packages may be completed either at the onsite viewing station or through your private online gallery.

Online ordering will remain available for a limited time after galleries are published; however, regular online prices will apply, free shipping will not be included, and some products may no longer be available.

Viewing Your Proofs

Immediately after your session, you will have an opportunity to view your proofs at our onsite viewing station.

Your proofs will also be published later in a private online image gallery.

Selecting Your Yearbook Portrait

You may select your yearbook portrait:

• Immediately after your session at the onsite viewing station, or
• Later through your private online gallery

You will have approximately two weeks from the date your gallery is published to select your yearbook portrait.

If you do not make a selection by the deadline, Pro Shots will select the best image for you to help ensure that your portrait appears in the yearbook.

Changing Your Appointment

You may change your appointment to another available date or time. You must first cancel your existing appointment before selecting a new one.

You can cancel your current appointment by:

• Using the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email, or
• Selecting the cancellation icon next to your appointment on the signup page

The cancellation icon may only appear when you use the same device that was used to schedule the original appointment.

After canceling your existing appointment, you may select a new date or time from the remaining available appointments.
