Complete our Picture Day Order Form - One Per Each Player

Your order form envelope should be delivered to you from your coach or a league representative 2 weeks prior to picture day.

Or Download a printable order form from the link below.  This form can be filled out and brought with you on picture day.  If you are unable to print this form, look it over and make your ordering decisions prior to picture day.  We’ll bring plenty of order forms with us on picture day, so you can fill one out there.

All players will need a completed order from to take pictures and receive the league provided product(s)

Making Your Purchase - When paying with:

  CASH: (no need to wait in Line)

  1. Put exact amount in the order form envelope and seal.
  2. Send it in with your player to give to the photographer at the time of individual pictures.

 We will have a cashier onsite for your convenience to make change. (however, by bringing the exact amount you’ll avoid waiting in line)

  1. Enclose check made payable to Pro Shots in your order form envelope and seal.
  2. Send it in with your player to give to the photographer at the time of individual  pictures.

  Bank Card: (See cashier)

We can take your Bank Card onsite.  Be sure to come early to take care of this.

On Picture Day

Plan to Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

When You Arrive –

  1. Bring your Completed Order Form.
  2. If you need help with payment – Bank card or for us to make change, see cashier.
  3. Give form to athlete, he or she will give it to the photographer at the time of their individual pictures.

Optional – Buddy Shot Session  Purchase your Buddy Shot Session on Picture Day – you use a special Buddy Shot Form found at our front tables.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures:

  • Jersey Tucked
  • Socks Positioned
  • Clean Uniform
  • Clean Face
  • Combed Hair

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

You will need a separate “Buddy Shot” Order Form for one of the players appearing in the Buddy Shot

After Picture Day

All orders will be shipped to the league for distribution.  Typically coaches then hand out packages to the parents/players.

Your pictures are should ready 4-5 weeks after picture day.
