Expired Photo Galleries
Newly published photo galleries are available for a set amount of time, typically 6 weeks, to make room for upcoming picture days. We advertise the expiration date when the gallery is published and send several notifications as the expiration date gets closer.
If you did not order your pictures before the expiration deadline and would now like to place an order from an expired gallery, we can unarchive the gallery for you.
We’ll get the gallery online in 2-5 days after the request is submitted, the images will stay online for 7 days to allow enough time to place your order.
There is a $25 fee to have this done. This fee is per picture day, not per athlete, so if you have multiple athletes you would like to order for, as long as it’s from the SAME picture day, it would be just $25. To unarchive multiple picture days, fill out a seperate form for each picture day.
