Find Your Student’s Private Photo Gallery & Subscribe for Notifications
Every WUHS student has a private online photo gallery already set up for Picture Day.
Look up your student’s gallery now and subscribe with your email address and mobile number.
This will make sure you are notified when your student’s photos are ready and when it is time to select the photo you would like used in the yearbook.
You will need:
- Your student’s name as it appears in the school records
- Your student’s ID number

Why Subscribe Now?
Once your student’s photos are ready, subscribers will be notified by text and email.

Selecting Your Photo for the Yearbook
This year, YOU get to choose which of your photo will appear in the yearbook.
We’ve made the selection process simple:
1. Subscribe Now
Look up your student’s private gallery before Picture Day and subscribe for notifications.
2. We’ll Notify You
When the photos are ready, you will receive a text and email letting you know that your student’s private gallery is available.
3. View the Photos
View the poses taken on Picture Day and choose your favorite.
4. Make Your Yearbook Selection
Select the photo you would like submitted for the yearbook.
There will be a deadline for making your selection.
Be sure to subscribe so you receive notification when photos are ready and don’t miss the yearbook selection deadline.
Purchasing Portraits
Purchasing portraits from your student’s private online gallery is easy.
We offer several portrait packages as well as individual à la carte products.
There is no obligation to purchase portraits in order to select your student’s yearbook photo.
Be sure to subscribe to your student’s gallery to receive notifications about available discounts, free shipping promotions, special offers, and free-item promotions.
What to Wear
Professional or business-style attire is requested. The school dress code will be enforced.
Collared shirts, blouses, dresses, sweaters, suit jackets, and other professional clothing generally photograph well.
Please make sure clothing is clean and free of lint and wrinkles.
Portraits will be photographed against a blue background, so choose clothing colors that complement blue.
Seniors
Get the professional portrait quality you would expect from a studio session, conveniently photographed right at WUHS. There is no sitting fee and no separate off-campus appointment required.
Be sure to dress as you would for a professional portrait, since this image may be the one you select for the yearbook.
