This should be done several months in advance whenever possible to give yourself more options for available dates.

We’ll confirm details and send you a detailed timeline for your approval.

We’ll start our behind the scenes work creating private galleries, pictures schedules, your picture day web page, and parent communication.

Picture Day

We show up prepared with our kid-friendly staff, keep everything running smoothly, and capture professional images of your athletes.

STEP 4

Families Order Online

We’ll send a notification to all parents letting them know the pictures are ready to view with a direct link to their private photo gallery.  Parents view their photos, place orders, and receive their products quickly, delivered directly to their doorstep.

We specialize exclusively in youth sports leagues. We work with organizations of all sizes—no league is too small or too large. Many of the leagues we photograph include 1,000+ athletes.

With over 22 years of experience in youth sports photography, we’ve developed a proven system that ensures smooth and efficient picture days. This includes detailed pre-planning, schedule creation, parent communication, and on-site support. We also bring ample kid-friendly staff to keep lines moving and the experience positive for athletes, parents, and coaches.

We typically offer makeup or retake options to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to be photographed. Athletes are also welcome to attend another Pro Shots picture day in the area for makeup photos when available.

Each parent receives a custom link via text message and email to access their athlete’s private photo gallery. From there, they can purchase photo packages, digital images, and à la carte items, as well as select shipping options. In most cases, we offer a free shipping promotion for orders placed promptly.
