Prepare For Your Picture Day Now – Step by Step

Only Takes 5 Minutes – Must be Done BEFORE Picture Day

Check Your Email and/or Text for the Link to your Photo Gallery

We have sent you a link to your Athlete’s private photo gallery for this event.
(The email/text is typically to the parent that signed up the athlete to the league/club)

Visit the link, enter your Mobile Phone number to login, hit “Accept & View Gallery“.

If you did NOT receive our email or text, you can now look up your photo gallery link yourself here

Purchase $20 AdvancePay Credit

To book an individual photo session, the purchase of a $20 AdvancePay Credit is necessary.

Use the “Select AdvancePay Credit” button.
Select quantity of 1, your Athlete’s name should appear in the “Subject Name” box.

Select “Checkout“, follow onscreen instructions to place order.

If you have more than one athlete, repeat the process for each.

AdvancePay credit goes towards your purchase. More info on AP Credits here

Look for your Confirmation Email

An email with your AdvancePay Receipt Number will immediately be sent to you.
From: PhotoDay Orders
Subject Line: Confirmation of AdvancePay Purchase
Your receipt number is displayed in the email and will begin with the letters “AP” Example APZZ123456789

Book your Personal Appointment Time

For Individual & Buddy Shot Sessions

Every athlete will need their own appointment time. Select the time that’s most convenient for you!

Session times are booked online from this web site on a first come first served basis. If you have siblings, you will need a separate appointment time for each. These can be booked back to back from each other.

Buddy Shot Sessions need their own appointment time. The session fee is due when you check in on picture day. More info on Buddy Shots Sessions here

Book Photo Session(s)

All players must attend picture day to be included in the team composite photo.

Players NOT taking individual photos do not need an appointment time or the purchase of a AdvancePay Credit. Check in with front staff upon arrival.

On Picture Day

Plan to Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

When You Arrive – Check in at Front Table

Check in at the front tables to let us know you are there.
At check-in you will receive the necessary form to complete that your athlete will give to the photographers.

If you have a Buddy Shot Session scheduled, payment will be collected during check-in.

After Check In – Prepare Your Athlete For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures BEFORE he/she enters the photo area: jersey tucked, pants and belts aligned, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.
Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

Jerseys:

Jerseys must be tucked when photographing for the virtual team photo, which is taken first. If you would like your athlete to have his jersey untucked during individual photos, make a note on his form.

Pro Tips:
Football players- If not wearing long sleeves or arm sleeves, it is suggested to wear a sleeveless shirt under your pads to prevent the need to continually tuck the short sleeves under the pads.
Be sure to wear your cleats, your feet will be showing in the individual photos.

Let us know what pose you would like to do on Picture Day.

Select from the examples below or bring your own. If you have your own in mind, show us a picture of it if you can, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If going with one of our example poses, write the pose number on the form during check-in.

Typically we only have time for one pose per athlete. If you would like to do an additional pose, talk to the staff up front during check-in.

Every athlete has been assigned their own unique Gallery Access Code for this event

Your gallery access code allows you to:

We have Emailed & Texted this code to every parent we have information for.

If you did not receive your athlete’s access code from us, you can now look this up yourself using the Athlete’s name plus the phone number.
(Phone number will typically be the one used when registering him/her for the league/club.)

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each athlete’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual athlete. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.

After Picture Day

All orders for specific products & packages are placed AFTER your pictures are posted.

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks after picture day.

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Our Personal Scheduling has Lots of Benefits.

Schedule siblings just a few minutes apart from each other.

Not only are these great features but you also have the ability to schedule based on the type of look you want for your pictures.

Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.

Why is the purchase of this credit so important?

It makes sure all parents are able to access their Athlete’s Gallery before taking pictures.

By purchasing this credit, it lets us know you have successfully accessed & registered into your athlete’s photo gallery for THIS event using the personal access code we have given you PRIOR to taking pictures. This is very important since this is how you will receive notification when your pictures are ready and gives you the the ability to view and purchase your photos after picture day.

By requiring this step prior to taking pictures, it ensures no one is left behind. Anyone having difficulties accessing their photo gallery prior to picture day can call our office for help, we will also have friendly staff there on picture day to help as well.

It lets us know you want individual pictures taken

By pre purchasing the AdvancePay credit it lets us know that you intend on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete.

If you are only there to participate in the team picture and have no intention of purchasing individual pictures, please feel free to join in with the team photo, no credit will be required to participate in the team photo, however no individual pictures will be taken of your athlete.

YES!! This $20 credit will automatically go towards your product purchase of ANY product or package once the pictures are posted within your athlete’s private photo gallery.

Also, instead of having to purchase your products or packages in advance, before seeing your photos, now with our AdvancePay System, you are simply purchasing a CREDIT that can be used for ANY product or package AFTER seeing your pictures.

How can I see your prices?

A complete listing of our print products, packages, specialty items and digital image options with pricing for each are all listed inside your athlete’s photo gallery.

Products & Pricing and can be viewed anytime by logging in with your access code and selecting “Preview Storefront“.

I already know what Items I want to puchase, when do I do that?

All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted. This allows you the ability to pick your favorite pictures from your gallery, then make your selections of which pictures goes to which item.

You also have the ability to add multiple poses within the same package and customize several of our products with your own text.

I didn’t recive an email or text from you with an access code for this event, now what?

First, check your spam email box, it’s possible our email ended up there.

The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your player with the league. If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them. Check with them if you can. If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.

I already have a credit on my account, can I use that for this event?

Yes and No. You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $20 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.

I do not have a credit card to make the online purchase, can I make my purchase in cash?

Yes, see our front booth staff on picture day to make your purchase in cash. We have a package designed for cash only payments that you can purchase on picture day. Your picture package will be mailed to you in a few weeks.

My athlete will not be able to make it to picture day, is there a makeup day?

If you are unable to make it at anytime on picture day, you are welcome to come to another of our shoots around town. Give our office a call during business hours to make arrangements. (559) 645-1558
