P.S. Do not share your code with other parents. Each athlete has their OWN code to access their private photo gallery.

By pre purchasing this credit let’s us know you want individual pictures taken of your athlete and that you are able to successfully access your Athlete’s photo gallery for this event.  The $15 credit WILL automatically be applied to your product order.

Fill out our gold form when you arrive:

The gold form is found at our front tables.  Include your athlete’s name & AdvancePay receipt code that was emailed to you immediately after you made your AdvancePay purchase.

Athlete gives gold form to photographer at the time of his/her pictures.

All product purchases are made AFTER seeing your pictures.

You’ll receive a notification in 1-2 weeks after picture day that your pictures are ready to view. Select your favorite images from your private photo gallery, select the products/packages and place your order.

Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep in about a week.

Why is the purchase of this credit so important?

  • It Makes Sure all parents are able to access thier Athlete’s Gallery before taking pictures

    Making this pre-purchase lets us know you have successfully accessed & registered into your athlete’s photo gallery for THIS event using the personal access code we have given you PRIOR to taking pictures.   This is how you will receive notification when the pictures are ready and gives you the the ability to view and purchase your photos.

    By requiring this step prior to taking pictures, it ensures no one is left behind.  Anyone having difficulties accessing their photo gallery prior to picture day can call our office for help, we will also have friendly staff there on picture day to help as well.

  • It lets us know you want individual pIctures taken

    By pre purchasing the AdvancePay credit it lets us know that you intend on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete.

    If you are only there to participate in the team picture and have no intention of purchasing individual pictures, no credit is required and no individual pictures will be taken of your athlete.

YES!!  This $15 credit will automatically go towards your product purchase of ANY product or package once the pictures are posted within your athlete’s private photo gallery.

Technically you can make the purchase on picture day, HOWEVER, it’s ALWAYS best to do it BEFORE picture day.

 Even though it’s a simple process, waiting to make the purchase at the last minute while in line for pictures adds unnecessary stress to the day.

Do yourself and the rest of the parents on the team a favor and take care of it now.  Complete instructions below.

A complete listing of our print products, packages, specialty items and digital image options with pricing for each are all listed inside your athlete’s photo gallery.

Products & Pricing and can be viewed anytime by logging in with your access code and selecting “Preview Storefront“.

All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted.  This allows you the ability to pick your favorite pictures from your gallery, then make your selections of which pictures goes to which item.

 You also have the ability to add multiple poses within the same package and customize several of our products with your own text.

The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your player with the league.  If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them.  Check with them if you can.  If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.

#1  We will have a hard copy flyer on picture day for every player with their access code.  We will give this flyer to your coach when he/she checks in with us 15 minutes prior to your team’s picture time.

Yes and No.  You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $15 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.

No problem, see our front booth staff on picture day to make your purchase in cash.  We have a package designed for cash only payments that you can purchase on picture day. Your picture package will be mailed to you in a few weeks.

Unlike the old paper order form systems, now with our AdvancePay system YOU are in control:

Instead of the photographer making the selection for you of just ONE photo to be used in all of your products, now YOU are able to make the selections from MULTIPLE images from within your own private photo gallery!

Also, instead of having to purchase your products or packages in advance, before seeing your photos, now with our AdvancePay System, you are simply purchasing a CREDIT that can be used for ANY product or package AFTER seeing your pictures.

Purchasing Your AdvancePay Credit is Done From Your Athlete’s Photo Gallery 

  1. Check Your Email and/or Text

    We sent you a link to your Athlete’s private photo gallery for this event, visit the link to be taken to your athlete’s gallery.

  2. Enter Your Mobile Phone Number to Login.

  3. Check the “Agree to Subscribe” Box – Select “Accept and View Gallery”

    (VERY IMPORTANT – Subscribing is how you will be notified once your pictures are ready)

  4. Purchase $15 AdvancePay Credit

    “Select AdvancePay Credit” button.
    Enter your Athlete’s name, select “Checkout“.
    Select payment method & “Place Order“.
    (1 per each athlete).

    That’s It!!

    Now Just Check your Email

On Picture Day

  1. Have Your AdvancePay Receipt Number Handy

    This is the receipt code that was emailed to you immediately after you made your AdvancePay credit purchase.

  2. Fill out the Simple Gold Form

    Gold Forms are found on our front tables.  Include your athlete’s name and AP Receipt Number

  3. Give Form to Athlete

    He or she will give gold form to the photographer at the time of their individual pictures.

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each athlete’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
  Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual athlete.  Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.

On Picture Day

Tips to help make things go smoothly.

Please Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.

Bring Your AdvancePay Receipt Number.

Be sure to have your AdvancePay receipt number(s) handy. The number was sent to you in an email after your purchase, it begins with the letters “AP“

 You’ll fill out a simple form found at our front tables for your athlete to hand to the photographer at the time of his/her picture.

  Your AP receipt number is required for this form.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

We will have props available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.

Coaches

Check in 15 Minutes Prior to Your Team’s Picture Time

Check in at The Pro Shots front table 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time to receive instructions.

You are Responsible for:

Your Team’s behavior

Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.

Keeping your players safe, orderly and as quiet as possible while in line.

If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.

Making sure the next players in line are ready for their individual picture.

Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken.  Shirt tucked, socks in place, no grass on socks, etc.

Lining up your players Shortest to Tallest Before the Team Picture

Start lining them up shortest to tallest right after their individual pictures are taken, so they are ready to go for the team picture when it’s time.

Please let your Parents Know:

That only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).

After Picture Day

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

  1. Visit your photo gallery via your mobile device or desktop computer.
  2. Select your Favorite images using the Heart icon within each photo – Be sure to favorite the team picture.
  3. Select the “shop” button
  4. Browse from any of the menu items – options are: Featured, All Products, Packages, Prints, Specialty, & Digitals
  5. Select the package and/or Al La Carte items you will be ordering, add each to your shopping cart.
  6. If you have multiple Athletes,  you can add all items to the shopping cart for one easy transaction

We understand that not all teams are able to come at their scheduled time.  Your team is welcome to trade their picture time with another team, just be sure that once you work it out with the other team that you let us know so we can adjust the schedule.  Give us a call @ (559) 645-1558

If your athlete in unable to make the team’s picture time, but is able to attend at some point in the day, we’d be happy to take their picture when they are available.  The athlete will just not appear in the team picture, but you can still have individual photos done and the team picture (without your athlete) will still appear in the athlete’s photo gallery.
