Today

Purchase your $20 AdvancePay Credit Today (1 for each Athlete).  To avoid potential issues – do this BEFORE picture day.

You will immediately be emailed a Receipt Number.

On Picture Day

  • Bring your AdvancePay receipt number with you.
  • Arrive 15 mins early – Fill out a GOLD FORM for each athlete (found at our front tables).
  • Give GOLD FORM to Athlete – athlete gives form to photographer at the time of their photo.
  • Buddy Shots and Pro Posters are purchased onsite at our front tables.

After Picture Day – View & Order

  • Pictures will be ready to view 1-2 weeks after picture day.
  • You’ll be able to view your pictures in a private online photo gallery we have created for you.
  • When your order is placed your AdvancePay credit will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • Photo-Products will be shipped to your home.  Digital Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

If you are NOT planning on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete, no AdvancePay Credit purchase is required.  Your athlete will be included in the team picture and NO individual pictures of him/her will be taken.

On Picture Day

Plan to Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

When You Arrive – We will have Gold Forms and Instructions on our Front Tables.

  1. Bring your AdvancePay Receipt number(s) with you on Picture Day
  2. Fill out a simple form found on our front tables.  Include your athlete’s name and AdvancePay Receipt Number
  3. Give form to athlete, he or she will give it to the photographer at the time of their individual pictures.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures:

  • Jersey Tucked
  • Socks Positioned
  • Clean Uniform
  • Clean Face
  • Combed Hair

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

Every athlete has been assigned their own unique Gallery Access Code for this event

Your gallery access code allows you to:

  • Purchase the AdvancePay Credit BEFORE Picture Day
  • View & purchase pictures AFTER Picture Day

We have Emailed & Texted this code to every parent we have information for.

If you did not receive your athlete’s access code from us, you can now look this up yourself using the Athlete’s name plus the phone number.
(Phone number will typically be the one used when registering him/her for the league/club.)

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each athlete’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
  Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual athlete.  Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.

After Picture Day

All orders for specific products & packages are placed AFTER your pictures are posted.

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks after picture day.

Soccer Individual Portrait Photo

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

  1. Visit your photo gallery via your mobile device or desktop computer.
  2. Select your Favorite images using the Heart icon within each photo – Be sure to favorite the team picture.
  3. Select the “shop” button
  4. Browse from any of the menu items – options are: Featured, All Products, Packages, Prints, Specialty, & Digitals
  5. Select the package and/or Al La Carte items you will be ordering, add each to your shopping cart.
  6. If you have multiple Athletes,  you can add all items to the shopping cart for one easy transaction

The Picture Day Ordering Process

Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.

Why is the purchase of this credit so important?

It makes sure all parents are able to access their Athlete’s Gallery before taking pictures.

By purchasing this credit, it lets us know you have successfully accessed & registered into your athlete’s photo gallery for THIS event using the personal access code we have given you PRIOR to taking pictures.   This is very important since this is how you will receive notification when your pictures are ready and gives you the the ability to view and purchase your photos after picture day.

By requiring this step prior to taking pictures, it ensures no one is left behind.  Anyone having difficulties accessing their photo gallery prior to picture day can call our office for help, we will also have friendly staff there on picture day to help as well.

It lets us know you want individual pictures taken

By pre purchasing the AdvancePay credit it lets us know that you intend on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete.

If you are only there to participate in the team picture and have no intention of purchasing individual pictures, please feel free to join in with the team photo, no credit will be required to participate in the team photo, however no individual pictures will be taken of your athlete.

All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted.  This allows you the ability to pick your favorite pictures from your gallery, then make your selections of which pictures goes to which item.

 You also have the ability to add multiple poses within the same package and customize several of our products with your own text.

The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your player with the league.  If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them.  Check with them if you can.  If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.

Yes and No.  You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $35 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.

Yes, see our front booth staff on picture day to make your purchase in cash.  We have a package designed for cash only payments that you can purchase on picture day. Your picture package will be mailed to you in a few weeks.
