  • Pictures will be ready to view 1-2 weeks after picture day.
  • You’ll be able to view your pictures in a private online photo gallery we have created for you.
  • When your order is placed your AdvancePay credit will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • Photo-Products will be shipped to your home.  Digital Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

If you are NOT planning on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete, no AdvancePay Credit purchase is required.  Your athlete will be included in the team picture and NO individual pictures of him/her will be taken.

On Picture Day

Plan to Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

When You Arrive – We will have GOLD FORMS and Instructions on our Front Tables.

  1. Bring your AdvancePay Receipt number(s) with you on Picture Day.
  2. FILL OUT GOLD FORM found on our front tables.  Include your athlete’s name, AdvancePay receipt number & pose selection number.
  3. Give the completed form to your athlete to hand to the photographer.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Please don’t allow your athlete(s) to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.  

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Jersey Tucked
  • Socks Positioned
  • Pant Legs Positioned
  • Belt Positioned
  • Clean Uniform
  • Clean Face
  • Combed Hair

Be sure to wear your cleats in case we are including feet in the pictures, don’t wear Crocs / Sliders please.

Pose Examples

Here are a some ideas for some different pose options.

Be sure to write the requested pose number on your athlete’s gold form.

If possible, have your athlete practice the pose before picture day.

If you have a different pose in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.  Bring an example picture if possible.

After Picture Day

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks after picture day.

You will receive a notification with a link to your athlete’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

#1 Favorite each of your images using the Heart icon located on each of your images,or favorite all of them with the Heart ALL icon.

#2 Select the “Shop My Favorites” button on the bottom of the screen

#3 Select products and/or packages from one of the following:

#4 Select an item or package, Enter the quantity then select “Customize“.  After customizing your item select “Confirm”

Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.

Why is the purchase of this credit so important?

It makes sure all parents are able to access their Athlete’s Gallery before taking pictures.

By purchasing this credit, it lets us know you have successfully accessed & registered into your athlete’s photo gallery for THIS event using the personal access code we have given you PRIOR to taking pictures.   This is very important since this is how you will receive notification when your pictures are ready and gives you the the ability to view and purchase your photos after picture day.

By requiring this step prior to taking pictures, it ensures no one is left behind.  Anyone having difficulties accessing their photo gallery prior to picture day can call our office for help, we will also have friendly staff there on picture day to help as well.

It lets us know you want individual pictures taken

By pre purchasing the AdvancePay credit it lets us know that you intend on purchasing individual pictures of your athlete.

If you are only there to participate in the team picture and have no intention of purchasing individual pictures, please feel free to join in with the team photo, no credit will be required to participate in the team photo, however no individual pictures will be taken of your athlete.

All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted.  This allows you the ability to pick your favorite pictures from your gallery, then make your selections of which pictures goes to which item.

 You also have the ability to add multiple poses within the same package and customize several of our products with your own text.

The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your athlete with the league.  If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them.  Check with them if you can.  If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.

Yes and No.  You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $20 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.

Yes, see our front booth staff on picture day to make your purchase in cash.  We have a package designed for cash only payments that you can purchase on picture day. Your picture package will be mailed to you in a few weeks.
