To be included in the team composite, coaches may come at any time during the Picture Day schedule to have their photo taken. A coach form will be available at check-in.

Before Picture Day

  1. Check your email or text messages for a link to your private photo gallery.
  2. Purchase one $25 AdvancePay Credit for each athlete before booking appointment times.
  3. Your AdvancePay receipt number will be emailed to you immediately.
  4. Book one appointment time for each athlete. You will need the AdvancePay receipt number.
  5. Buddy Shot Sessions require their own appointment time.

On Picture Day

  • Arrive 20 minutes early and check in at the front tables.
  • Buddy Shot Session fees are collected during check-in.
  • Pro Posters may be purchased at the front tables.
  • You will receive a form for your athlete to give to the photographer.

After Picture Day

  • Photos will be ready to view within 1-3 weeks.
  • Your photos will be viewable from within your own private online photo gallery.
  • Your AdvancePay Credit will automatically be applied when you place your order.
  • Photo products will be shipped to your home.
  • Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.

Purchase Your $25 AdvancePay Credit

One AdvancePay Credit is required for each athlete.

Your $25 AdvancePay Credit will be applied toward your picture order.

1. Find Your Private Gallery Link

Check your email and text messages for a link to your athlete’s private photo gallery.

The link is usually sent to the parent or guardian who registered the athlete with the league or club.

2. Purchase the Credit

  1. Open the gallery link.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Select Accept & View Gallery.
  4. Select the AdvancePay Credit button.
  5. Confirm that your athlete’s name appears in the Subject Name box.
  6. Select Checkout and follow the instructions.

Have more than one athlete? Purchase a separate $25 AdvancePay Credit for each athlete.

Book Your Personal Appointment Time

Complete Step 1 before booking an appointment.

Appointment times are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Before You Begin

Find your AdvancePay receipt number in the confirmation email you received after purchasing your credit.

Appointment Requirements

  • Each athlete needs a separate appointment time.
  • Siblings may be scheduled in back-to-back time slots.
  • Each Buddy Shot Session also needs its own appointment time.
  • The Buddy Shot session fee is paid when you check in on picture day.

All athletes must attend Picture Day to be included in the team photo. Athletes participating only in the team photo do not need an appointment or an AdvancePay Credit. Please check in at the front table when you arrive.

What to Do on Picture Day

Arrive 20 Minutes Early

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Check In at the Front Tables

When you arrive, check in at the front tables and let our staff know you are there.

You will receive a form to complete and give to your athlete. Your athlete will hand this form to the photographer when it is time for pictures.

If you scheduled a Buddy Shot Session, the session fee will be collected during check-in.

Prepare Your Athlete Before Pictures

Please make sure your athlete is fully prepared before entering the photo area:

  • Jersey tucked in
  • Pants, belt and socks properly positioned
  • Uniform and face clean
  • Hair combed
  • Cleats on

While waiting, please help your athlete avoid getting dirty, sweaty or covered in grass.

Jersey Instructions

Jerseys must be tucked in for the virtual team photo, which is photographed first.

If you would like the jersey untucked for individual photos, please make a note on the form you receive at check-in.

Pro Tips

Football players: If your athlete is not wearing long sleeves or arm sleeves, we recommend a sleeveless shirt under the shoulder pads. This helps prevent short sleeves from needing to be continually tucked under the pads.

Be sure your athlete wears cleats. Their feet will be visible in the individual photos.

Pose Ideas

Choose the pose you would like to do on Picture Day.

Select one of the example poses below, or bring your own idea. If possible, show the photographer a picture of the pose, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

If you choose one of our example poses, write the pose number on your form during check-in.

Due to time limits, each athlete will typically be photographed in one pose. To request an additional pose, speak with our staff at the front tables during check-in.

Photo Gallery Access Code Lookup

Each athlete has a unique Gallery Access Code for this event.

Use the code to:

  • Purchase an AdvancePay Credit before Picture Day
  • View and order photos after Picture Day

We emailed and texted the access code to every parent or guardian whose contact information was provided to us.

If you did not receive your athlete’s code, you can look it up using the athlete’s name and the phone number used during league or club registration.

Buddy Shot images may be used in any photo package or A la carte items, including Digital Downloads. For example, when purchasing the Best Buy Package for an individual athlete, you may select Buddy Shot images as some of the items included in your package.

After Picture Day

All orders for specific products & packages are placed AFTER your pictures are posted.

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-3 weeks after picture day.

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

  1. Visit your photo gallery via your mobile device or desktop computer.
  2. Select your Favorite images using the Heart icon within each photo – Be sure to favorite the team picture.
  3. Select the “shop” button
  4. Browse from any of the menu items – options are: Featured, All Products, Packages, Prints, Specialty, & Digitals
  5. Select the package and/or A la carte items you will be ordering, add each to your shopping cart.
  6. If you have multiple Athletes,  you can add all items to the shopping cart for one easy transaction

The Picture Day Ordering Process

Our View-First ordering system, powered by PhotoDay, allows you to view and order your photos online using a computer or mobile device.

We’ll also provide more information on Picture Day and answer any questions you may have.

Why is the purchase of this credit so important?

It makes sure all parents are able to access their Athlete’s Gallery before taking pictures.

Purchasing an AdvancePay Credit confirms that you have successfully accessed and registered for your athlete’s private photo gallery for THIS event.

Completing this step before Picture Day is important because it allows us to notify you when your photos are ready and gives you access to view and order them online.

Requiring registration in advance helps ensure that no athlete’s photos are missed. If you have trouble accessing the gallery, contact our office before Picture Day. Our staff will also be available to assist you when you arrive.

It Tells Us You Want Individual Photos

Purchasing an AdvancePay Credit lets us know that you would like individual photos taken of your athlete and that you intend to place an order after Picture Day.

Athletes who are only participating in the team photo do not need to purchase an AdvancePay Credit. They are welcome to be included in the team photo, but individual photos will not be taken.

Instead of the photographer making the selection for you of just ONE photo to be used in all of your products, now YOU are able to make the selections from MULTIPLE images from within your own private photo gallery!

Also, instead of having to purchase your products or packages in advance, before seeing your photos, now with our AdvancePay System, you are simply purchasing a CREDIT that can be used for ANY product or package AFTER seeing your pictures.

Products & Pricing can be viewed anytime by logging in with your access code and selecting “Preview Storefront“.

All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted. This allows you to choose your favorite photos from the gallery and select which photo you would like to use for each item.

 You also have the ability to add multiple poses in some of the packages and customize several of our products with your own text.

First, check your spam email box, it’s possible our email ended up there.

The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your player with the league.  If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them.  Check with them if you can.  If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.

Yes and No.  You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $25 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.

Yes. Visit our front booth on Picture Day to pay with cash.

Instead of purchasing an AdvancePay Credit, you may purchase our cash-only photo package on Picture Day.

Photos purchased with this option will not be placed in an online gallery. We will select the best image for your package, and your completed order will be mailed to your home within a few weeks.

If you are unable to attend at any time on Picture Day, you are welcome to attend another one of our local photo shoots.
