Tournaments & Events
Event Coordinators:
We offer lots of options to allow for professional photo coverage at your event. After talking with you about your event, we’ll work together with you to come up with the best way to offer your participants our products and services. Depending on your location, the amount of participants, the length of the event and some other variables, we’ll come up with best option for you and your participants, while providing some terrific fundraising opportunities for your organization.
Some options are:
• Onsite printing (offering your event name & logo on all souvenir prints)
• Online posting
• Speculation shooting & selling
• Pre-pay reservations for individual athletes & teams.
Leagues
League board members or picture day coordinator:
Parents love action shots of their kids, here’s your chance to offer action shots of all players during your upcoming season, the parents will love you for it.
If your league selects Pro Shots to be your league’s exclusive photography company during your upcoming season (including your Team & Individuals Picture Day), it will qualify your league to be one of the leagues we’ll offer our action shots to.
Your decision to hire us will impress your parents after they see us in action, plus we’ll offer your league an added fundraising opportunity to boot. It’s a win-win for everyone!
Teams
Team Parent, Manager or Coach:
As a group, parents can hire us to photograph one or more games, we’ll provide action shots to all of your players.
After your game we’ll edit down to just the very best photos and publish all the images to our web site for viewing & purchase within 48 hours. You can expect on average 10-50 per player depending on each player’s amount of game time, etc..
The cost is just $39 per player (for teams of 15 players or more). For teams with less than 15 players, call us for a quote.
Each player will receive a credit in the amount of $39 to be used when ordering. The credit can be used for prints, enlargements and digital image files.
Many times this fee can be paid for through sponsorships and/or fund raising efforts to reduce out of pocket costs to zero.
Individual Athletes
Parents:
You can hire us to photograph your athlete during an upcoming game or event. We’ll photograph the entire game, there is no limit to the amount of photographs we’ll take. Depending on the sport and the amount of game time your athlete receives, it’s possible to have up to 150 high quality images of your athlete in action.
We’ll post them online within 48 hours, allowing you access to view and order.
Many of our requests are from parents that are looking for a variety of images for us to create custom products from, such as collages, sports posters etc. Many also like to receive the images as digital files on CD which allow you to print the images yourself, send to family members, or send to college coaches for recruiting purposes.
