Buddy Shot Session forms will be available onsite and payable at the front table.

You Must Register Your Access Code & Subscribe to the System to view your pictures and be notified when they are ready.

Look for a text and/or email with your player’s private access code. Each player has a unique access code. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam Folder.

How to Register & Subscribe

#1 Text your Access Code to the number 90738.
(You will immediately be texted back a link)
#2 Follow the Link and enter your player’s Access Code one more time.
#3 You’ll then see the “Stay Connected” Screen. Subscribe here with your mobile number

#2 Enter your player’s access code.
#3 You’ll then see the “Stay Connected” Screen. Subscribe with your mobile number

You MUST Subscribe to be notified when your pictures are ready

You will be receiving your access code via Text &/or Email. If you don’t receive your access code, be sure to check your spam folder.

You will also be given a hard copy flier on picture day that includes your player’s access code.

On Picture Day

Please Arrive Early

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.

Have your Player Prepared

Make sure your player is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, belt & socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face. Please don’t allow them to get dirty while waiting. Grass on socks, etc.

Props

We will have bats available, but you are welcome to use your own gear if you like.

If you are planning on a Buddy Shot Session, please allow extra time to see the cashier and complete a session form. More info on Buddy Shot Sessions here

After Picture Day

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a text with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have registered your access code and subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images. If you have not yet done this, see instructions above.

Ordering is Simple.

Place your order via your mobile device or desktop computer.
Include one or more of your player’s images within the same package.
Print packages, digital packages, large prints, and dozens of specialty A La Carte Items to choose from.
Some products are completely customizable. You select your favorite graphic and add any custom text you like.
If you have multiple players you can order within one transaction.

Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once it ships if you have subscribed to the system.

Coaches/Team Parent:

Please check in at our front table 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time to receive instructions.

If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late, your team may forfeit your picture time.

Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.

In order to speed things along as best as possible, you are expected to:

Keep your players safe, orderly and as quiet as possible while in line.

(If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.)

Make sure the next players in line are ready for their individual picture.

Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, string tucked, no grass on their socks, etc.

Before your team picture:

Line your players up Shortest to Tallest.

Only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
