Each player will need ONE “individual” picture time slot. If you are purchasing a Buddy Shot Session, you will need ONE time slot for that as well.

Example, if you have two players and are purchasing a Buddy Shot Session. Player #1, 10:00am Player #2, 10:02am, Buddy Shot Session 10:04 am.

If you have prepaid for a Buddy Shot Session for the Sept 19th date, your Buddy Shot Session payment will transfer to the NEW Oct 9th Date. Use your same 4 digit code when signing up for the NEW time slot.

Buddy Shot Session forms will be available onsite and payable at the front table.

Not sure if you want a smile or a serious look, now you can have both. If your player does a smile and a serious, you’ll be able to pick your looks when you build your packages.

Picture Day Instructions

Before Picture Day

#1 Sign up your player with his/her picture time Click here to Sign up Now

#2 Look for a text and/or email with your player’s private access code, a flyer will be given out for every player on picture day that will include your player’s access code.

#3 Text your Access Code to the number 90738 to receive access to your private photo gallery, do this BEFORE picture day. Agree to subscribe to be notified as soon as your pictures go live.

If you have difficulties, or if using a desktop computer, enter your access code here: https://galleries.photoday.io/add-gallery along with your mobile number. Be sure you subscribe with your mobile number.

#4 (Optional) Purchase a $35 “Advance Pay” credit before picture day to receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order for photo products. The $35 will go towards your purchase.

On Picture Day

Come to picture day 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Bring your own gear – Helmet, Ball, Poms, etc. that you want to be photographed with.

All of the images from your Buddy Shot session
will be available to view and purchase from your player’s photo gallery

(Please note) this fee does not include prints or products, images from your session will appear in your player’s gallery and can be included within ANY package.

Scheduling your Buddy Shot Session Information

Each Buddy Shot Session will need it’s own picture time.

Instructions:

When booking a Buddy Shot Session online, you must first pre-pay for that session prior to booking your time. You can do that here.
You will then be emailed a Buddy Shot Session Receipt with a 4 digit ID Number.
Enter your 4 Digit Receipt Number when booking your time slot.
(Each session requires a separate purchase & ID number)

Purchasing a Buddy Shot Session Onsite the Day of Pictures

Buddy shot sessions may also be purchased on the day of pictures onsite, however space is limited, there is no guarantee a spot will be available or if the next available spot will be close to your individual time slot. Example, if booking on the day of pictures, if most time spots are taken, your buddy shot session time may be an hour or more AFTER your individual session. Pre booking your Buddy Shot Session now gives you the most options for putting your individual time and your Buddy Shot time closer together.

After Picture Day

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about a week.
(if you subscribed you will receive a notification)

Place your order within the first 3 days of the pictures going live and receive a FREE Social Media Download.

Your Order Will Be Shipped to You
Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once they ship.

Virtual Team Photo This Year

This year the team photos will be virtual.

The way it will work is, when you come for your player’s individual photo session, a special picture will be taken to be used in the Virtual Team photo.

This means no waiting around for the team photo! After your player’s individual photo session you are free to leave.
