In order to view/purchase your photos
please follow the instructions below
#1 Look for a text and/or email with your player’s private access code, a flyer for every player will also be given to your coach on picture day.
#2 Text your Access Code to the number 90738 to receive access to your private photo gallery, do this BEFORE picture day. Agree to subscribe to be notified as soon as your pictures go live.
If you have difficulties, or if using a desktop computer, enter your access code here: https://galleries.photoday.io/add-gallery along with your mobile number. Be sure you subscribe with your mobile number.
#3 (Optional) Purchase a $35 “Advance Pay” credit before picture day to receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order for photo products. The $35 will go towards your purchase.
Come to picture day 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Bring your own gear – Helmet, Ball, Poms, etc.

you’ll pay for that at our booth.

All of the images from your Buddy Shot session
will be available to view and purchase from your player’s photo gallery.
Buddy Shot Scheduling
In order to keep with our picture day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot session time slots available after each team’s pictures. These time slots are on a first come first served basis.

(Please note) this fee does not include prints or products, images from your session will appear in your player’s gallery and can be included within ANY package.
Your pictures will be ready to view/order in about 1-2 weeks.

Place your order within the first 3 days of the pictures going live and receive a FREE Social Media Download.
Your Order Will Be Shipped to You
Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once they ship.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to be ready.
If your team photo is being taken first, it is very important to not be late!
Please check-in at our front table 15 minutes prior to your picture time to receive instructions.

This year we are using a new service to allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, the service is called “PhotoDay”.
