In order to view/purchase your photos
please follow the instructions below
#1 Look for a text and/or email with your player’s private access code.
#2 Text your Access Code to 90738 to receive access to your private photo gallery, do this BEFORE picture day, to be notified as soon as your pictures go live. Or, enter your access code here: https://galleries.photoday.io/add-gallery along with your mobile number.
#3 (Optional) Purchase a $35 “Advance Pay” credit before picture day to receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order for photo products. The $35 will go towards your purchase.
If you are planning on a Buddy Shot Session, please allow extra time to see the cashier and complete a session form. More info on Buddy Shot Sessions here
Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about a week.

Your Order Will Be Shipped to You
Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.
If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late , your team may forfeit your picture time.
Players Expected Behavior while in Photo Area.
Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.
• Please keep your players safe and orderly while in line.
• Make sure the next players in line are ready, to not slow down the process.
Only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).
All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery
No waiting in line on Picture Day to fill out a form or wait to make a payment
We’ll email you a receipt. Print the receipt and bring it with you on Picture Day.
Pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form at our front tables on Picture day and fill it out. See the Cashier to make your payment.
In order to keep with our picture day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot session time slots available after each team’s pictures. These time slots are on a first come first served basis.
