Step By Step Instructions

Before Picture Day

Check your email and/or text for your Athlete’s private photo gallery Access Code – one per each athlete.
Visit: my.photoday.com Enter your mobile phone number to login.
Select “Add Gallery“
Enter your gallery Access Code from your email – (This will create your athlete’s new photo gallery) – Agree to Subscribe.
Purchase a $15 AdvancePay Credit per each athlete. (You can adjust the quantity to the number of athletes you have).
The AdvancePay Receipt Number will be emailed to you immediately after purchase: The order number starts with “AP” Looks like: “APzz1234567”

On Picture Day

Bring the AdvancePay Receipt number with you on Picture Day
Fill out a simple form found on our front tables. Include your athlete’s name and AP Order Number
Give form to athlete, he or she will give it to the photographer at the time of their individual pictures.

Optional – Buddy Shot Session Purchase your Buddy Shot Session on Picture Day at our front tables.

Arrive Early to Picture Day.

Allow yourself enough time get necessary form(s) filled out.

Registering Your Athlete’s Personal Access Code

Each Athlete has their own private photo gallery from this event. To access this Gallery we’ve assigned them a personal Access Code.

Your athlete’s access code should have been emailed and/or texted to you.
(It looks something like this: PSABC123456)

Visit: my.photoday.com

Select “Add New Gallery”.
Enter your athlete’s access code.
Agree to Subscribe

If you have more than one athlete: repeat the process for each.

If you have not received your access code:
If it’s less than one week before picture day, first check your junk/spam folder, then give us a call during business hours.

Purchasing a $15 Advance Pay Credit (Required - one per each Athlete)

A $15 AdvancePay credit is required to have individual photographs taken.

(This credit will appear in your account and go towards your purchase for any photo products or packages once the pictures are posted)

After you have registered your access code (in step #1) you will see “Pre-pay with AdvancePay”. Purchase your $15 AdvancePay credit now. If you have more than one athlete, change the quantity accordingly.

Step by Step Instructions:

Select “Next”
Select “Select AdvancePay Credit”
Select the “$15” option
Enter the quantity of athletes to be photographed.
Enter each Athlete’s name in the box.
Select “checkout”
Go through the checkout process.
Make note of your receipt number, you’ll need it when you schedule your appointment time.

Buddy Shots Sessions

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.

See the Cashier to find out if any sessions are available, if so, pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form, fill it out and make your payment.

Please Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.

Bring Your AdvancePay Receipt Number.

Be sure to have your AdvancePay receipt number(s) handy. The number was sent to you in an email after your purchase, it begins with the letters “AP“

You’ll fill out a simple form found at our front tables for your athlete to hand to the photographer at the time of his/her picture.

Your AP receipt number is required for this form.

Props

We will have props available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

Coaches

Check in 15 Minutes Prior to Your Team’s Picture Time

Check in at The Pro Shots front table 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time to receive instructions.

If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late, your team may forfeit your picture time.

You are Responsible for:

Your Team’s behavior

Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.

Keeping your players safe, orderly and as quiet as possible while in line.

If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.

Making sure the next players in line are ready for their individual picture.

Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, socks in place, no grass on socks, etc.

Lining up your players Shortest to Tallest Before the Team Picture

Start lining them up shortest to tallest right after their individual pictures are taken, so they are ready to go for the team picture when it’s time.

Please let your Parents Know:

That only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

Visit your photo gallery via your mobile device or desktop computer.
Select your Favorite images using the Heart icon within each photo – Be sure to favorite the team picture.
Select the “shop” button
Browse from any of the menu items – options are: Featured, All Products, Packages, Prints, Specialty, & Digitals
Select the package and/or Al La Carte items you will be ordering, add each to your shopping cart.
If you have multiple Athletes, you can add all items to the shopping cart for one easy transaction

Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep

A tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.
