Guarantee action shots of your swimmer during their event(s) by signing up for an “Athlete Spotlight”.
We’ll print your pictures there at the meet for you to view, purchase and take home with you.

we just need your swimmer’s name and event, we’ll determine heat & lane at the meet.
(Other information we’ll ask – your swimmer’s cap, suit, & goggle color if available)
We’ll also take reservations at our booth beginning Thursday morning.

Tips when choosing which event(s) to be photographed:

Don’t wait to sign up for an event. Time slots are limited and they fill up fast. It’s never too early to sign up.

If you’re interested in a particular stroke, choose your race with the most distance. The more time we have to photograph your swimmer, the more shots and variations we’ll get. A faster race might be more exciting to watch, but that doesn’t mean it’s better to photograph. A 50 Free is the most difficult to photograph, especially with older kids, since only a few breaths are taken (which is the optimum time for a photo) plus there’s potential for lots of splash between the swimmer and the camera.

If you’re choosing a 100 or 200 IM let us know which strokes are most important to you. We’ll try for all 4, but many times it’s difficult to get the Freestyle along with the 3 other strokes due to location limitations, so if the Free is most important to you let us know.

We’ll attempt to get a lot of different types of shots before, during, and after your swimmer’s event. However, if there’s a particular type of shot or angle you want to be sure we capture, such as the dive, a straight on Butterfly, or side view Breaststroke for example, let us know when you sign up. We’ll have sample photos at the booth that you can refer to.
We’ll be located on the pool deck near the North entrance,
stop by our booth to have a look at our samples, get more information,
or just say hi to Jim, Ruth and the crew.
