A flyer for every player will also be given to your coach on Picture Day.
Instructions:
Once your player’s gallery is published you’ll be notified.
(Optional) to Receive FREE Shipping:
Purchase an $35 Advance Pay Credit now before Picture Day, the credit will be used towards your purchase.
(To receive FREE Shipping your total product purchase must be at least $35 or more.)
Come to Picture Day at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Parents: No need to check-in, and there is no need for an order form unless you are purchasing a Buddy Shot Session.

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about a week.
Order Within 3 Days
Receive a FREE social media sized digital download of your favorite image when purchasing specified print packages within the first 3 days of the images going live.
Your Order Will Be Shipped to You
Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once they ship.

Just fill out a Buddy Shot Session form, you’ll pay for that at our booth.

All of the images from your Buddy Shot Session will be available to view and purchase from each of the player’s photo galleries.
Buddy Shot Scheduling
In order to keep with our Picture Day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot Session time slots available after each team’s pictures. These time slots are on a first come first served basis.
See cashier on Picture Day to get a Buddy Shot session form, make your payment & schedule your Buddy Shot Session time
(Please note) the $15 Session fee does not include prints or products, images from your session will appear in the player’s gallery and can be included within ANY package.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready.
Please check-in at our front table 15 minutes prior to your picture time to receive instructions.

This year we are using a service to allow you to view and order your photos online with a desktop computer or mobile device, the service is called “PhotoDay”.
