This only TAKES 2 Minutes!!
You will need to register your athlete’s access code into the system, purchase an Advance Pay Credit, (one for each athlete), print the receipt and bring it with you on Picture Day.
Please follow the Step by Step instructions below:

Log into the system or register your phone number if this is your first time.
(Your access code should have been sent to your email and/or phone number.
If you would like us to photograph individual pictures of your athlete, a $15 advance pay is required.
This will appear as a credit in your account and will go towards your purchase once the pictures are posted and it’s time to place your order.
Bring your receipt with you on Picture Day – one for each athlete. This is what they will give the photography at the time of their photo.
If printing is not possible, no problem, be sure to bring your receipt code, we’ll have a simple form at our front booth you can use to write your receipt on and give to your athlete, to give to the photographer.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Make sure your player is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face. Please don’t allow them to get dirty or sweaty while waiting.
If you were unable to print the receipt, just fill out a simple form found at our front booth, include your receipt code and give to your player to hand to the photographer.
We will have basketballs available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.
If you are planning on a Buddy Shot Session, please allow extra time to see the cashier and complete a session form. More info on Buddy Shot Sessions here
You must have registered your access code and subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images. If you have not yet done this, see instructions above.
Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once it ships if you have subscribed to the system.
Receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order within the first three days of the pictures going live for any photo products totaling $45 or more.
If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late, your team may forfeit your picture time.
(If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.)
Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, socks in place, etc.
Line your players up Shortest to Tallest.
Only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).
All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.
Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
No waiting in line on Picture Day to fill out a form or wait to make a payment
We’ll email you a receipt. Print the receipt and bring it with you on Picture Day.
Pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form at our front tables on Picture day and fill it out. See the Cashier to make your payment.
In order to keep with our picture day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot session time slots available after each team’s pictures. These time slots are on a first come first served basis.

Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.
