This is how you’ll enter your photo gallery and purchase your AdvancePay credit.

#1 Visit Web Site To Register
Visit: https://my.photoday.com
Log into the system OR register your phone number (if this is your first time).
#2 Enter Your Athlete’s Private Gallery Access Code
Each Athlete has their own private photo gallery from this event. To access this Gallery we’ve assigned them a personal Access Code.
Your athlete’s access code should have been emailed and/or texted to you.
(It looks something like this: PSABC123456)

If you have more than one athlete: repeat the process for each.
Be sure to agree to subscribe to receive notifications (this is how you’ll know when the pictures are ready to view)
If you have not received your access code: If it’s less than one week before picture day, first check your junk/spam folder, then give us a call during business hours.
We will also have a copy for you on picture day.
#3 Purchase an $15 AdvancePay Credit (one required per each Athlete)
(This credit will appear in your account and go towards your purchase for any photo products or packages once the pictures are posted)
After you have registered your access code you will see “Pre-pay with AdvancePay”
* If you are electing to NOT have individual photographs taken, your athlete is still welcome to participate in the team picture without having an advance pay credit purchase.
#4 Print your Receipt
Bring Your Receipt With You On Picture Day – One For Each Athlete.
This is what he or she will give the photographer at the time of their photo.
If printing is not possible:
No problem, be sure to bring your receipt code, we’ll have a simple form at our front booth for you to write your receipt code on. Your receipt code will look something like this: APAB12345678.
Give the completed form to your athlete for him or her to give to the photographer at the time of their photos.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures. Check-in with our front staff to let them know you are there.
Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: clean face, combed hair, etc.
If you were unable to print the receipt, just fill out a simple form found at our front booth, include your receipt code and give to your player to hand to the photographer.
Group Composite photos save the time necessary to gather everyone together at one time.
This is MUCH more convenient for everyone, Plus they look great!!
We will be taking a special photo of every athlete (during their individual photo session) that will be used in this year’s “Composite” team photo.
If your athlete would like to wear something different in the group photo (such as a team shirt) from what they are wearing in their individual photo, be sure to let us know when you check-in
You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.
A tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.
Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual athlete. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
No waiting in line on Picture Day to fill out a form or wait to make a payment
We’ll email you a receipt. Print the receipt and bring it with you on Picture Day.
See the Cashier to find out if any sessions are available, if so, pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form, fill it out and make your payment.
In order to keep with our picture day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot session time slots available after each team’s pictures.

Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online from your mobile device or desktop computer, this third party service is called “PhotoDay”.
