Parents will be able to select the picture time(s) that works best for YOU.

If you have siblings: Now you can have them take their pictures just minutes apart from each other, even if they are on different teams. If you’re doing a Buddy Shot Session, it can happen during that same time frame as well, then your done!!

How do we work this magic?

Instead of having all players come at one time for a team picture, we’ll be creating a virtual team image, using a special image we’ll take of your athlete during their individual session time.

Step #1

Purchase your $15 AdvancePay Credit

Instructions:

Check your email and/or text for your Athlete’s private photo gallery Access Code Link that we have sent you.
(If you have not received an email from us, first check your spam folder. The email we sent to was the used when registering for the swim team)
Click the link and Agree to subscribe.
Purchase a $15 AdvancePay credit per each Athlete.
Check your email for your AdvancePay Receipt Order Number, it will be emailed to you immediately after purchase:
(The order number starts with “AP” Example, looks like “APzz1234567”)

Step #2

Book your Session Time – One per each athlete
(Buddy Shot Sessions need their own time)

IMPORTANT: DO NOT Book your session time UNTIL you complete Step #1 and Purchase Your $15 AdvancePay Credit.

Come to Picture day – Check in 15 minutes early at front station.

Appointment times are booked on a first come first served basis.

It’s easy to book multiple session times close to each other. Book siblings and your buddy shot session just minutes apart from each other.

Hint: Booking ASAP, gives you more scheduling options, while more spots are still available.

Scheduling Tips:

Do you have a particular time you’d like to come?
Early – So you can be done and home early.
Later During Sunset – For the most colorful backgrounds

Coaches

Coaches will need to have their picture taken to be included in the team image.
Coaches do NOT need to book a time for that picture, check in with front staff upon arrival.

Buddy Shot Sessions

#2 Pay at our booth at the time of your appointment

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.

Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.

On Picture Day

Help make things go smoothly.

Please Arrive Early

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.

Check in with our front support staff.

Be sure to have your AdvancePay receipt number(s) handy.

You’ll fill out a simple form for your athlete to hand to the photographer at the time of his/her picture.

Props

Be sure to bring your gear!! Helmets, gloves, poms, whatever you would like to be photographed with.

We will have footballs available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

After Picture Day

Your pictures will be ready to view/order within about 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a notification with a link to your player’s images the minute they are ready.

You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.

Ordering is Simple.

Visit your photo gallery via your mobile device or desktop computer.
Select your Favorite images using the Heart icon within each photo – Be sure to favorite the team picture.
Select the “shop” button
Browse from any of the menu items – options are: Featured, All Products, Packages, Prints, Specialty, & Digitals
Select the package and/or Al La Carte items you will be ordering, add each to your shopping cart.
If you have multiple Athletes, you can add all items to the shopping cart for one easy transaction

Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep

A tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.
