Does the $15 AdvancePay Credit Go Towards my Product Purchase?
YES!! This $15 credit will automatically go towards your product purchase of ANY product or package once the pictures are posted within your athlete’s private photo gallery.
When Should I make this AdvancePay Purchase?
Technically you can make the purchase on picture day, HOWEVER, it’s ALWAYS best to do it BEFORE picture day.
Even though it’s a simple process, waiting to make the purchase at the last minute while in line for pictures adds unnecessary stress to the day.
Do yourself and the rest of the parents on the team a favor and take care of it now. Complete instructions below.
How can I see your prices?
A complete listing of our print products, packages, specialty items and digital image options with pricing for each are all listed inside your athlete’s photo gallery.
Products & Pricing and can be viewed anytime by logging in with your access code and selecting “Preview Storefront“.
I already know what Items I want to puchase, when do I do that?
All product and package purchases are made AFTER the pictures are posted. This allows you the ability to pick your favorite pictures from your gallery, then make your selections of which pictures goes to which item.
You also have the ability to add multiple poses within the same package and customize several of our products with your own text.
I didn’t recive an email or text from you with an access code for this event, now what?
First, check your spam email box, it’s possible our email ended up there.
The email and/or phone number we sent your athlete’s access code to is typically the one used when registering your player with the league. If your spouse or another parent registered your athlete and used their email and phone, it would have gone to them. Check with them if you can. If you can’t, not to worry we have other options for you to receive your access code.
#1 We will have a hard copy flyer on picture day for every player with their access code. We will give this flyer to your coach when he/she checks in with us 15 minutes prior to your team’s picture time.

I already have $15 credit on my account, can I use that for this event?
Yes and No. You can use whatever credit you have on your account to make your product purchase once the photos go online, however we will still require a $15 AdvancePay credit to be purchased for THIS event in order to take individual pictures.
I do not have a credit card to make an online purchase, how to I make my purchase in cash?
No problem, see our front booth staff on picture day to make your purchase in cash. We have a package designed for cash only payments that you can purchase on picture day. Your picture package will be mailed to you in a few weeks.
How is this Advancepay/View First order system better than the old paper order forms?
Instead of the photographer making the selection for you of just ONE photo to be used in all of your products, now YOU are able to make the selections from MULTIPLE images from within your own private photo gallery!
Also, instead of having to purchase your products or packages in advance, before seeing your photos, now with our AdvancePay System, you are simply purchasing a CREDIT that can be used for ANY product or package AFTER seeing your pictures.

This is the receipt code that was emailed to you immediately after you made your AdvancePay credit purchase.
Gold Forms are found on our front tables. Include your athlete’s name and AP Receipt Number
He or she will give gold form to the photographer at the time of their individual pictures.

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each athlete’s private photo gallery.
Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual athlete. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
See the Cashier to find out if any sessions are available, if so, pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form, fill it out and make your payment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Be sure to have your AdvancePay receipt number(s) handy. The number was sent to you in an email after your purchase, it begins with the letters “AP“
You’ll fill out a simple form found at our front tables for your athlete to hand to the photographer at the time of his/her picture.
Your AP receipt number is required for this form.
Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.
Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.
We will have props available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.
Check in at The Pro Shots front table 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time to receive instructions.
Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.
If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.
Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, socks in place, no grass on socks, etc.
Start lining them up shortest to tallest right after their individual pictures are taken, so they are ready to go for the team picture when it’s time.
That only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).
You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.
A tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.
Receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order within the first three days of the pictures going live for any order totaling $45 or more.
Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.

We would like to change our team’s picture time, how can we do that?
We understand that not all teams are able to come at their scheduled time. Your team is welcome to trade their picture time with another team, just be sure that once you work it out with the other team that you let us know so we can adjust the schedule. Give us a call @ (559) 645-1558
My athlete will not be able to make our team’s picture time, is there a makeup day?
If your athlete in unable to make the team’s picture time, but is able to attend at some point in the day, we’d be happy to take their picture when they are available. The athlete will just not appear in the team picture, but you can still have individual photos done and the team picture (without your athlete) will still appear in the athlete’s photo gallery.
