Reduced Wait Times on Picture Day
Now parents will be able to select the picture time(s) that works best for YOU.
If you have siblings: Now you can have them take their pictures just minutes apart from each other, even if they are on different teams. If you’re doing a Buddy Shot Session, it can happen during that same time frame as well, then your done!!
Instead of having all players come at one time for a team picture, we’ll be creating a virtual team image, using a special image we’ll take of your athlete during their individual session time.

Each athlete will need their OWN picture time.
A $15 AdvancePay Credit purchase is required prior to booking your session time. This credit will go towards your purchase of any photo products.
Buddy Shot Sessions:
Every Buddy Shot Session needs it’s own appointment time.
The Buddy Shot Session fee must be paid prior to booking the session time.
Coaches will need to have their picture taken to be included in the team image. Coaches do NOT need to book a time for that picture, check in with front staff.
Simple instructions:
You will first Create a NEW photo gallery using the ACCESS CODE we emailed you, one for each of your athletes. You will then PURCHASE a $15 AdvancePay credit, for each athlete. We will immediately send you an EMAIL with your AdvancePay ORDER NUMBER, this is what you will use when you BOOK your APPOINTMENT TIME.
The AdvancePay credit will go towards your purchase once the photos are posted.

If purchasing a Buddy Shot Session, pre pay for the session, then book a time for that session.
Hint: Booking ASAP, gives you more scheduling options, while more spots are still available.

Registering Your Athlete’s Personal Access Code
Each Athlete has their own private photo gallery from this event. To access this Gallery we’ve assigned them a personal Access Code.
Your athlete’s access code should have been emailed and/or texted to you.
(It looks something like this: PSABC123456)

If you have more than one athlete: repeat the process for each.
If you have not received your access code:
If it’s less than one week before picture day, first check your junk/spam folder, then give us a call during business hours.
Purchasing a $15 Advance Pay Credit (Required - one per each Athlete)
(This credit will appear in your account and go towards your purchase for any photo products or packages once the pictures are posted)
After you have registered your access code (in step #1) you will see “Pre-pay with AdvancePay”. Purchase your $15 AdvancePay credit now. If you have more than one athlete, change the quantity accordingly.

Purchasing a Buddy Shot Session
In order to Book Your Buddy Shot Session, you must first pay the Session fee.
Immediately after making this purchase, you will receive a four digit receipt code. You’ll need that code when booking your Buddy Session Time.
(There are a limited number of Buddy Shot Sessions available)
Choosing your Appointment Time(s)
Choose one appointment time for each athlete. Buddy Shot Sessions need their own time.
Booking your session time is done on our session booking page below.
What you will need BEFORE you book:
Your AdvancePay order number.
This is found on your order receipt after purchasing your $15 credit. It begins with the letters “AP” and looks like: “APzz1234567”
Your Buddy Shot order number.
This is found on your Buddy Shot order receipt immediately after purchasing your session fee, it is emailed to you as well. It is a four digit number and Looks like “1234”
If scheduling for siblings and/or Buddy’s, all of your sessions can be scheduled close to each other while time slot availability lasts. Don’t wait, schedule now!!

All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.
Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
After purchase you’ll receive a receipt code. Use this code when booking your personal session time.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Be sure to have your AdvancePay receipt number(s) handy.
You’ll fill out a simple form for your athlete to hand to the photographer at the time of his/her picture.
Be sure to bring your gear!! Helmets, gloves, poms, whatever you would like to be photographed with.
We will have footballs available, but you are welcome to use your own if you like.
Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.
Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.
You must have subscribed with your mobile number to receive this notification and view your images.
A tracking number will be sent to you once it ships.
Receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order within the first three days of the pictures going live for any order totaling $45 or more.
Our View-First ordering system will allow you to view and order your photos online with a computer or the mobile app, this service is called “PhotoDay”.
