Look for a text and/or email with your player’s private access code. Each player has a unique access code. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your Spam Folder.
From Your:
#1 Text your Access Code to the number 90738.
(You will immediately be texted back a link)
#2 Follow the Link and enter your player’s Access Code one more time.
#3 You’ll then see the “Stay Connected” Screen. Subscribe here with your mobile number

You will be receiving your access code via Text &/or Email. If you don’t receive your access code, be sure to check your spam folder.
You will also be given a hard copy flier on picture day that includes your player’s access code.
Purchase a $45 “Advance Pay” credit before picture day to receive FREE SHIPPING when you place your order for any photo products totaling $45 or more.
The $45 will go towards your purchase. It’s like purchasing a gift card for yourself.
Advance Pay Credit must be purchased on or before picture day.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to be ready for pictures.
Make sure your player is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, belt & socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face. Please don’t allow them to get dirty while waiting. Grass on socks, etc.
We will have bats available, but you are welcome to use your own gear if you like.
If you are planning on a Buddy Shot Session, please allow extra time to see the cashier and complete a session form. More info on Buddy Shot Sessions here

Your order will be shipped directly to your doorstep – a tracking number will be sent to you once it ships if you have subscribed to the system.

If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late, your team may forfeit your picture time.
(If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.)
Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, string tucked, no grass on their socks, etc.
Line your players up Shortest to Tallest.
Only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).
All of the images from your session will be available for purchase from each player’s private photo gallery.
Images from your Buddy Shot Session can be included within any package.
Example, you select the “Best Buy” package for your individual player. Poses from your Buddy Shot Session can ALSO be selected as any of the items within your selected package.
No waiting in line on Picture Day to fill out a form or wait to make a payment
We’ll email you a receipt. Print the receipt and bring it with you on Picture Day.
Pick up a Buddy Shot Session Form at our front tables on Picture day and fill it out. See the Cashier to make your payment.
In order to keep with our picture day schedule, there will be a limited number of Buddy Shot session time slots available after each team’s pictures. These time slots are on a first come first served basis.
