Preparing For Picture Day

Order Forms

Every player will need a completed order form.

Order forms were passed out during games and/or practices the week or two leading up to picture day.

Bring your completed order from with you on picture day. If you did not receive one, we will have extras on Picture Day.

In order to receive the league provided package, all players will need a completed form.

We encourage you to order from our large variety of print a specialty products, we offer several packages to choose from as well.

Give completed form to player, player hands form to photographer at the time of his/her photo.

If you have not received your Picture Day Order Form, you can download it now so you can view all of the products and package options.

You can also print this and bring it with you.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are paying with a credit/debit card or need change, please arrive even earlier to allow enough time time to see cashier.

Meet and gather with your team prior to your picture time.

Making Your Payment

For your convenience, we will have a cashier onsite to make change and take credit/debit card payments

Paying Cash: Enclose exact amount in envelope
Paying Check: Enclose check in envelope payable to: “Pro Shots Photography”
Paying with Credit/Debit Card: See Cashier

To avoid the cashier line:

Include cash (exact change) or check in your order form.

Have Your Athlete Prepared For Pictures

Make sure your athlete is prepared for pictures: jersey tucked, socks positioned, clean uniform, clean face, combed hair.

Please don’t allow them to get dirty, sweaty or get grass on their socks while waiting.

Buddy Shots

Buddy Shots will need their own Order Form. Buddy Shot forms can be found at our front tables.

Complete separate Buddy Shot Form found at our front tables. Enclose payment or see cashier. Player gives form to photographer at the time of the Buddy Shot.

The Buddy shots are taken during your team’s individual picture time. If the participating players are from more than one team, you can choose which team you’d like have the buddy shot taken with.

Coaches

Check in 15 Minutes Prior to Your Team’s Picture Time

Check in at The Pro Shots front table 15 minutes prior to your scheduled picture time to receive instructions.

If a coach or representative from your team has not checked in prior to your scheduled picture time or your team is late, your team may forfeit your picture time.

You are Responsible for:

Your Team’s behavior

Coaches are responsible for the team’s behavior while in photo area.

Keeping your players safe, orderly and as quiet as possible while in line.

If your players are loud, the player getting his/her picture taken can not hear the direction from the photographer.

Making sure the next players in line are ready for their individual picture.

Please keep your next players ready to have their picture taken. Shirt tucked, socks in place, no grass on socks, etc.

Lining up your players Shortest to Tallest Before the Team Picture

Start lining them up shortest to tallest right after their individual pictures are taken, so they are ready to go for the team picture when it’s time.

Please let your Parents Know:

That Only Coaches and Players are permitted in the photo area (except for special circumstances).
