Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
Every player is required to have an order form filled out prior to their picture.
Picture Day Order Form
Order envelope forms should be delivered to parents 1-2 weeks prior to picture day. You will probably be receiving yours from your coach soon, if you haven’t already. If you have not received your order form and it’s 1 week or less before picture day, ask your coach for yours.
In the meantime you can download a printable order form from the link below. This form can be filled out and brought with you on picture day. If you are unable to print this form, look it over and make your ordering decisions prior to picture day. We’ll bring plenty of order forms with us on picture day, so you can fill one out there.
Picture Day Instructions
Payment & PrePaying in Advance
- Fill out your order form and bring it with you on picture day. If you do not have an order form, you can download one here.
- Payment: We will have a casher onsite to take bank cards, and make change.
To avoid waiting in line to pay:
Credit cards: Use the Pre Pay option and pay before picture day: Click Here for Pre Pay
Cash: Bring exact change and seal it in your order form envelope.
Check: Seal it into your order form envelope.
